Join us for a hands-on nutrition workshop designed to help you feel more confident in the kitchen while supporting your overall well-being. Each session is led by Caroline Worthy, CC, Culinary Educator with Culinary Medicine in Oncology Support Services.
You’ll learn practical cooking skills, simple nutrition strategies, and take part in a small-group experience that encourages connection and support. Participants are welcome to bring one guest. Space is limited to 20 people per session.
